Product Manager

We are looking for passionate Product Managers to help design and develop our mobile games. We believe in a supporting and encouraging environment to boost the creativity, innovation, and well-being of our team.
We are disrupting the puzzle games with our approach to the Merge2 genre. At Cypher, you will be responsible for our product strategy while creating and improving our user experience. You will become a part of our dynamic team and accompany us in our journey to build games played by millions.
responsibilities:

Help to set the strategic direction for the games

Test ongoing tasks and ensure that everything is on schedule

Analyze the user data to make meaningful conclusions to developing the game and improve the user experience

Work closely with development and design teams to execute the product roadmap

Structure & run A/B tests and drive insights on game features

Stay up-to-date with the mobile market, play and analyze mobile games, and share new insights with the team
requirements:

University degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics

2+ years of product management experience, preferably in the game industry

A good sense of gameplay experience and exceptional attention to details

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

A team player who can easily manage a business with cross-functional teams
